No. It runs in a browser, on a computer, a tablet and a phone.
Yes. The database and the backups are yours and you download them yourself, without asking us.
It is corrected, not deleted. The invoice is cancelled or put right with a note, and its number stays taken.
No. The books are the foundation, and the accountant gets one archive a month with every report in it.
Yes. A module you do not use is not in the menu, and switching it on later is not a new release.
Yes, through the programming interface. The shop reads items and stock and places orders; the interface is bought separately.
No. Rights are per resource and per group, down to the individual record, with separate permissions for deleting and archiving.
Nobody, until your administrator grants access. For six hours, visible to everyone, and recorded in your own log.
It is prepared alongside and goes live only if everything is sound. The old one stays as the way back, and you can hold it for up to 31 days.
Yes. You scan with the camera or with a scanner, and you receive and load straight from the phone.
While one is editing, the other waits and then sees the finished version. You do not end up with two.
